Schuf Fetterolf manufacture and supply a wide range of valves for a number of applications including the pharmaceutical, food and chemical manufacturing industries. The valves are sold either direct or via a network of distributors and agents. The company have manufacturing plants in Frankfurt (Head Office), Cork, India, Brazil and United States.
The Cork operation approached Charter Solutions to provide a training programme for their sales team which consists of three Sales Engineers and a Sales Manager. It was identified that the team needed to develop their selling, influencing and negotiating skills which would enable them to achieve very aggressive targets over the next 12-18 months.
Charter Solutions designed and delivered a GAP sales training programme which included selling, negotiating and presentation skills. As a result of the feedback from the Cork office we were commissioned to conduct a similar programme to the worldwide sales team who travelled to the German office for the training.
