Introduction: Deborah Done has fifteen years’ experience in the public relations and corporate communications industries. She has worked for some of the leading financial and corporate public relations agencies; was Head of Communications at the international investment bank Lazard and was seconded to HM Treasury giving her considerable experience in both the private and public sectors. She has a strong track record in helping companies improve their communications strategies, operations and processes. She graduated from Trinity College, Oxford and has an MA in Public Relations from Manchester Metropolitan University.
