Leading accountants BPU wanted to encourage staff to be more proactive in practice development.
They also wanted to release partner time to spend more on practice development. Improvement of staff productivity and communication throughout the practice were also key goals.
Charter conducted an internal attitude survey and fed back results to the staff. Trained staff to identify and generate new clients and we introduced a performance appraisal process.
Six new clients were gained through staff generation. Appraisals were introduced. Internal communications were improved.
